HI, I’M NICOLE.

If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be building a beverage company, I probably would have laughed. Drinking enough water already felt like enough of a challenge in our house.

I kept finding myself standing in grocery aisles reading labels and hoping to find something fruit-forward, simple and genuinely enjoyable — something I would actually feel good about making for my family.

I found plenty of products designed around electrolytes, sports hydration and different sweetener systems. But I kept wanting something much simpler: a delicious way to give everyday water real-fruit flavor.

Eventually I stopped looking for it and started building it.

Since then, Frushi has meant recipe testing, ingredient decisions, packaging samples, manufacturing conversations and more strawberry-related “research” than I ever expected to do.

The process has been messy, exciting and a whole lot more complicated than mixing fruit into a glass. But the idea behind Frushi has stayed simple from the beginning: make everyday water taste delicious with real fruit and straightforward ingredients.
